Must pay a membership fee based on the category of membership, which covers meals, facility costs for dinner meetings and screening sessions, software, and other costs.

Must sign our Rules of Membership (ROMAC).

Proven ability to manage and build successful companies, whether as an entrepreneur, operating executive, or professional transitioning into angel investing.

Connected with contacts for subsequent funding, talent, and technology.

Involved and dedicating time and effort to TCA LA activities, including attendance at dinner meetings and screening sessions. Additionally, mentoring entrepreneurs and serving on TCA LA committees as appropriate.

Tech Coast Angels Venture Group looks for investment opportunities where new capital and mentoring will take companies to the next level. TCA LA intends to materially increase company valuations to result in future capital rounds at increased values and ultimately an attractive exit of our investment.

New members pay a full annual fee on the month they join, and the next year's dues are prorated to convert to a January 1st payment date.

Expectation to invest $50K+ per year spread across any number of deals or Minimum of $10K in the Fund.

New members are required to Join the Fund during 1st year of Membership, which covers the annual investment requirement.
